Because Louver  Replacement Kits are custom made to order, and not returnable, some customers are understandably apprehensive about measuring parts when ordering.

Shutter Medic offers those customers the option to send us their damaged Louver(s) and place the responsibility on us to do the measuring. 

Prior to sending your Louvers, please ensure that we offer a Louver Profile that matches yours.

It's important to remember that your Wood Shutters were custom made for each window in your home.  Slight differences almost always exist between the Louvers in each window.  

Your Louvers may be sent to the address below.  Please include your name, address, phone number, and email address along with your parts.  A customer service representative will contact you upon receipt and finalize your order.
