The only minor product suggestion that I can make is that it is probably better to include the drill-bit size in the paper, which was included with the shipment, instead of having to watch the site video to find out the size. Everything else is as smooth as it could be.

These things work. In less than 20 minutes I repaired 3 different plantation shutters. They work perfectly.
