Return Policy

customer serviceWe want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return shutter parts and hardware, provided it is in unused condition, and it is within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund, less shipping. A 5% restock fee will be applied to all returns (see exception below). After 30 days all sales are final.
All damaged/defective items must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date.

Exception to return policy:
Because Louver Replacement Kits, and Tilt Rod Replacement Kits are custom made, they are the only exception to this policy and are non-returnable.

All returns require a return authorization number (RAN #).  This number helps us identify the shipment upon its return. Please call us toll free for issuance of RAN# at 877-698-9911.
Please note that the below listed address is a mail drop for returns only.  All items must be shipped to this location. No drop off permitted.
