
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return shutter parts and hardware, provided it is in unused condition, and it is within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund, less shipping. A 10% restock fee will be applied to all returns (see exception below). After 30 days all sales are final. All returns require a return authorization number (RAN #). This number helps us identify the shipment upon its return. Please call us toll free for issuance of RAN# at 877-698-9911.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Item(s) received damaged must be reported upon receipt to Shutter Medic by email to: [email protected]
Take the following photos:
- One photo showing the damaged item.
- One photo showing how it was packaged inside the box.
- One photo of packaging material.
- One close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (generally starts with 1Z).
- Two photos showing all 6 sides of box.
You must retain the damaged item and all original packaging (box, packing materials) until the claim process is resolved, as a physical inspection may be required.
Upon receipt of photos, a replacement order will be shipped to you at no charge. You may email the photos to [email protected] or text them to 770-698-9911.
Exception To Return Policy: Because Louver Replacement Kits and Tilt Rod Replacement Kits Are Custom Made To Order They Are The Only Exception To This Return Policy And Are Non-Returnable Once Shipped.
