No special tools or skill are needed

Originally ordered 3 louvers that had cracked over almost 16 years of having lived in our house. When we had our house painted, the painter installed them. So nice not to have to use toothpicks anymore to hold the louvers up! ?? Unfortunately, when the last tropical storm came through Houston, the winds were so strong that they blew open our balcony doors that had shutters! The door slammed into a chest of drawers & broke 3 shutters! Ugh! Ordered 3 new louvers which arrived very quickly! They're perfect & will be installed shortly. I'm so pleased with the louvers!! ??

Perfect!
I purchased two louvers to replace those that had been damaged in my home. The company we bought our shutters from is no longer in business so we were thrilled to find these. The white matches our existing shutter perfectly and you’d never know we had replaced them! Highly recommend.

Perfect!!!!!!
This is honestly the first review I have ever written in my life! And I order Online often! I was devastated when my husband literally fell into my shutters which were so expensive and broke 4 slats, we found this site, measured and ordered replacements. Sooo easy, shipment was so fast! Installation took 10 minutes! The fit and match is perfect!!! You cannot tell they were ever replaced! Ty ty ty!!!!!

I was satisfied with the louvers I purchased. Only issue was the length was a little too long. I had to shave off the ends to get it to fit after I had already painted it. Other than that, it was a great fit, easy to install. Would definitely use your products again.

I’m just a beginner, so I was concerned when I started the repair process. My wife is a perfectionist, so I had one chance or we were going to the experts, whom I trust like the plague. For professional repairs, we’re talking hundreds of dollars, potentially thousands, because our local service persons will often claim that such shutters are unrepairable. Your fixit kits were great - tolerances were perfect. Had a bit of a problem getting my drill into the louvres frame to increase the hole depth, but I could do it more easily when I drilled from the back. The primer was a blessing and, as you said, our paint store had no problem matching our shade of white. I am now a hero and will be ready to fix our shutters whenever needed. But I do have some shutters without the central mounting post, so I may need to fix them in the future. I hope you might be able to help. But, in any case, your hardware and instructions worked like a charm. Thanks

These are perfect. Not cheap, but lots less $$ than replacing whole shutter. So glad this resource exists! The shutters I used them on require a half-circle indent at one pivot point, not just a hole, but was able to add that no problem with a Dremel tool.

Easy option for repair
I have ordered from here for 3 different sets of shutters. They have come quickly and correct each time. All I had to do was paint them and install. It’s easy and my shutters look like new!

Solid replacement
Dogs chewed a panel and I was quoted $120 to replace it. Found this site and was able to replace it in less than 15 minutes for $30. One area that gave me some difficulty was cutting the plastic pin -- the particular panel I had to replace was held in place by a screw that went through the pin, so it took a few minutes for me to realize my knife wasn't cutting through the metal. Once I unscrewed it from the side, the rest of the replacement was easy -- and I am not the best when it comes to home improvement. Will definitely use again if I need to replace any shutters. The primed white panel was perfect match too -- no painting necessity.
