Description

Each package contains 10 No collar nylon pins and 10 Tension Springs.

This pin and spring combination is used to install a louver back into an arch shutter. Because no standardization exists in the construction of arched shutters, it will likely be necessary to modify depth of pin hole on shutter frame/louver to accommodate spring and or pin. Full compression of spring is obtained by drilling a 1/4 inch diameter hole 7/8 inch in depth on shutter frame. A 5/32 inch diameter drill bit should be used to modify pin hole on louver.
