How in the world can I get a shutter louver back into a panel ? Well by using our louver repair pin of course! These pins are spring loaded, unlike the nylon louver pins. By simply pressing the pin into itself, just pass the louver over the pin until it finds the hole at the end of the louver and it pops in. Presto! Approximate dimensions: Stile side 1/4" dia. x 1/2" long, Retractable pin 1/8" diameter x 3/16" long. See diagram with dimensions here.
