How  in the world do I get a shutter louver back into a panel ?
 
Well, by using our louver repair pins of course!  These pins are spring loaded.  By simply pressing the pin into itself, simply pass the louver over the pin until it finds the hole at the end of the louver.  It pops into the the hole and Presto, your louver is back in the shutter panel!
 
Approximate pin dimensions:
Stile side 15/64" dia. x 1/2" long, Retractable pin 9/64" diameter x 3/16" long.
Suggested hole dimension for pin installation:
Stile: 1/4" dia      Louver 5/32" dia.
