I have a shutter on a French Patio door that doesn't stay locked with the average magnet. I bought the 25 lb. pull hoping to fix the problem; but that didn't work. I'm happy with all the standard magnets. They work fine on all my windows. |

The company that originally made and installed our shutters 5 years ago has gone out of business. We couldn't find replacement parts anywhere locally. I googled the Internet for "shutter replacement parts" and ran into Shutter Medic. I measured our existing magnet part and selected the one that matched in Shutter Medic's website. Received my order promptly and all of the magnet kits fit perfectly. Glad I found this site! |

Everything went well. I placed the order and before I even expected the order it was delivered. The whole process was fast and the magnetic catches were a perfect match to what was installed ten years ago. If in time I should need additional parts, I will be sure to once again place the order with the Shutter Medic. |

I would like to take the time to tell you how pleased I am with the replacement parts that I ordered from your company. The initial response to my order was excellent and the parts arrived within a couple of days. The company notified me as to receiving the order and again to let me know when it had shipped.
