RETURN POLICY

Custom made items (Louver Replacement Kits, Tilt Rod Replacement Kits) are non-returnable.

Regarding Hardware and Repair Kits:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return hardware, provided it is in unused condition, and it is within 30 days of your invoice date. All damaged/defective items must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date.

All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee (min. $3.00). We do not refund shipping/handling. Returns will not be accepted without a prior, return authorization number (RAN #).
