Everything worked out wonderful! Shutter Medic promptly delivered my clients louvers in time for paint and install before the holidays and the instructions worked to a tee! We were amazed how easy it was to order & install the broken louver. It has been our experience that sometimes these easy fixes are too good to be true. IT WORKED!! The customer service, order process & at home installation with clear directions was a snap. Overall, we have been so pleased with every aspect. So now, if our dog decides to take another chunck out of our shutters, we know were to go.

Everything worked out great with my shutter repair. Patrick's customer service was excellent. He followed up with a phone call when responding to an issue I had. I saved my paperwork and will use you guys in the future for repairs. On top of that I will refer your company to anyone of my friends/family that is in need for your products.
