Very pleased with product!
I am very pleased with the replacement louver kits that I ordered from the shutter medic. Installation took only a few minutes and my shutters look better than they have in years. I should have done this a long time ago!!!!

Replacement kit arrived quickly. I needed to trim the panel by about 1/8 inch then installed easily.

Great product
this is the only website i could find that had this type of cut, apparently called colonial. fit was perfect, shipped on time. i would have liked the option to get the shutter in a 'non-kit' version, but that's ok. would go here again and recommend the site.

I am delighted with the louver replacement. Although I have little experience with repairing items like this I found the directions and video helpful. Thanks

Delighted
I am delighted with you company and your product. I was not only able to order exactly what I needed to repair 4 blades in shutters about 60 years old, but your detailed video showed me exactly how to make the repair. You even enclosed a sample wood for me to test stain before I stained the replacement blade. I assumed that I was going To need to replace the entire panel but your system worked slick. I even was able to teach another lady how to do the repair. Cannot wait until my siblings arrive for Thanksgiving and see what looks like brand new shutters. Jeanne Age 71.
