One custom made solid wood replacement louver ready to install.
One nylon louver pin and one louver repair pin.
One louver staple to connect louver to tilt rod.

	Good as new
	Everything arrived well packed and in good shape. I was easily able to repair several plantation shutters that were 23 years old. After a coat of paint everything looks as good as new!!!

	Dealing with Shuttermedic was straightforward and professional.
	The only difficulty encountered was that the pins were just a bit large for the existing holes, installation took a bit longer than anticipated. Also, the louvers easily closed in a downward position but cannot be entirely closed in an upward position because of a tight fit. But I don't consider this a problem. I am entirely satisfied and most pleased I was able to find a supplier for the replacement louvers, which arrived on time and ready to install after being painted.
